- Only local, on‑device storage of minimal preferences (e.g., last accessed content state).
- Internet access is used solely to download or update audio / content manifests when available.

- No analytics or crash reporting services integrated at this time.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
The App does not request, collect, transmit, sell, or share:
- Personally identifiable information (PII)
- Precise or coarse geolocation
- Contacts, calendars, SMS, call logs
- Camera images or microphone recordings (beyond normal system audio playback)
- Health or financial data
- Advertising identifiers
2. Limited Local (On‑Device) Data
The App uses secure local device storage (via Shared Preferences and file storage) for:
- Caching downloaded audio or 3D model assets to improve performance
- Remembering whether certain content manifests have been fetched (simple version flags)
- Storing lightweight user settings (e.g., last played chapter position)
This information never leaves your device unless you manually back it up through your operating system. You may clear it by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in system settings.
3. Network Requests
The App performs outbound HTTPS requests through libraries such as dio or http only to fetch structured content data (manifests, audio file URLs) required for functionality. No personal tokens or unique user identifiers are transmitted.
4. Third‑Party Services
No third‑party analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics), crash reporting (e.g., Crashlytics), advertising (e.g., AdMob), or social login SDKs are integrated. If such services are added in the future, this Policy will be updated prior to activation.
5. Permissions
The Android version currently requests only the INTERNET permission. No background location, storage, camera, microphone, or sensor permissions are requested.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is general‑audience educational software and does not knowingly collect data from children. As no personal data is collected, parental consent is not required. If you believe we have inadvertently stored personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Although the App does not transmit personal data, reasonable technical measures are followed to secure content delivery channels (HTTPS) and prevent tampering. No method of electronic storage or transmission is entirely secure.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
All locally stored cache or preference data remains only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data. There is no server‑side datastore controlled by the developer for user data.
9. International Use
No cross‑border data transfer occurs because no user data is collected or transmitted.
10. Policy Changes
Future feature expansions that introduce data collection will be reflected here with an updated Effective Date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
11. Contact
For questions or requests, contact: (admin@dataprocessingforms.com).
12. Google Play Data Safety Mapping
Based on current functionality, in the Play Console Data Safety form you can typically declare:
- Data collection: No user data collected.
- Data sharing: Not shared with third parties.
- Data types: None (no personal info, no identifiers, no location).
- Encryption in transit: Yes (content fetched via HTTPS).
- Data deletion request mechanism: Not applicable (no data collected).
Important: If you later add analytics, crash reporting, ads, login, or location features, you must update both this Policy and your Data Safety answers.
